Dr. Tamiko Timberson

Welcome to another great school year!

My name is Dr. Timberson, and it is with great honor that I serve as your child's counselor at Officer Elementary School. I am a proud product of the East St. Louis school system growing up just a few blocks away from Officer.

I have been a dedicated servant in education for over 24 years, sixteen of which were right here in East St. Louis School District #189.
After many years, I relocated to St Louis, Missouri and worked in Saint Louis Public Schools (SLPS). During my tenure, I have served as the counselor at Columbia Elementary School and Roosevelt High School. I later joined the team of Psychological Examiners and served Sumner High, Long Middle, Sigel, Oak Hill, and Meramec Elementary.

After 8 years, I returned to my hometown and rejoined East St. Louis School District #189.
I am honored to be a part of ESTL again!
